this has got to be a freakin’ optical illusion… overhead squats are hard enough
i’ve beeen running a 2.5km loop that used to be a breeze for me back in junior high, but it’s been pretty hard.
My first run last thursday was a whopping 17:30. I came in at 16:17 on tuesday (thank god for supportive friends), and just yesterday I did a 15:44.
I used to be able to do 3km in under 13minutes and the 5km in 27minutes, so I’m working really hard to get back at those times (and perhaps beat them LOL)
